Your purchases from The Green Perspective can be billed to your credit card online via our website (www.thegreenperspective.com) On the billing page, you simply type in your credit card number, expiration date and security code.

Substitute Products
The Green Perspective reserves the right to substitute like products for one another. Sometimes this can occur because one of our suppliers or manufacturers is sold out and we have to find another source. In other cases we may have found a greener or otherwise superior product, one that is made more locally for example, in which case we will make a permanent substitution. Our marketing materials may not have yet caught up with our decision. Regardless of the reason please know that we will only substitute products for good reason and without any reduction in quality or style.
Security
www.thegreenperspective.com is designed to securely transmit your personal information via SSL (HTTPS). You can be assured that your personal information is securely encrypted as it transmits over the internet in most web browsers when you see a small padlock on the lower right hand corner of your browser.
SSL Protocol
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a widely used Internet security protocol that provides data encryption so no one except the recipient can read the information being sent, authentication so that you are sure the information is going where you intended, and message integrity so the information is correct when it gets to its destination. Order Confirmation
Once you have completed the online order process, or we receive your order via snail-mail, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If this email describes an order that you believe to be incorrect please contact us at sales@thegreenperspective.com as promptly as possible.
Order Number
When you place an order you will be assigned an order number. If you need to contact us regarding your order please be sure to include your order number or have it close by so that we can find it on our end. If you don't know your Order Number, please email us at sales@thegreenperspective.com.
Shipping
We ship all orders to the continental United States via United States Postal Service Priority Flat Rate. Some of our products fit into the smaller Priority Flat Rate container, others fit into the larger container. This gets our gifts to anywhere in the continental US within 1-3 business days. If you would like to discuss alternate shipping methods that you prefer or would like to ship your order internationally, please contact us at sales@thegreenperspective.com. If you would like to purchase multiple gifts and send them to multiple different locations, please contact us at sales@thegreenperspective.com.
Order Fulfillment & Delivery
We will try our hardest to get all orders out the same day. However, we guarantee to get orders out to your destination within 2-3 days (if ordering over a weekend or holiday 2-3 days begins on the first business day). If your order is to be delivered to a major urban area on the East Coast it usually will be delivered the following day, however we cannot guarantee this speedy delivery. Areas in the mid and western parts of the United States will take 2-3 business days. International delivery will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact us to discuss your international delivery needs and timeline at sales@thegreenperspective.com.
Returns & Exchanges
The Green Perspective will accept returns or exchanges due to damaged, incomplete or malfunctioning items within 2 weeks of purchase. Please contact us at sales@thegrennperspective.com for an exchange number.
